Payment Schedule Amendment

Final payment is not due until 30 days prior to your stay (instead of the normal 60 days). We know that you ultimately want to be at the beach but are unsure about what the future holds in store. With so many changes happening day-to-day right now we felt that giving you extra time allows you to make the most informed decision for your group based on the current restriction level. This policy is in effect until Labor Day 2020 (September 7th).

Cancelation Policy Amendment

Guests can cancel their stay for a full refund (minus a $50 processing fee) or credit as long as reservation is canceled MORE THAN 30 DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK-IN. If credit is chosen the fee will be waived and guests can apply the full credit to their future stay occurring within 12 months. This policy is in effect until Labor Day 2020 (September 7th).
