Below are links with more information on what’s open or closed and what restrictions are in place.

NEW RESTRICTIONS ON INDOOR BUSINESSES (July 15)

Due to our new “monitored list” status, the County reinstated more restrictive measures, effective July 7, 2020, and July 15, 2020 for the following industries, indoor business operations must close; sector may be modified to operate outside or by pick-up:

  • Indoor sections of dine-in restaurants and bars
  • Indoor wineries and tasting rooms
  • In-Store Retail
  • Places of Worship
  • Schools
  • Gyms and Fitness facilities
  • Hair Salons and Barbershops
  • Personal Care Businesses like Nail Salons, Massage Therapy, Tatoo Parlors.
  • Movie theaters
  • Family entertainment centers
  • Indoor museums
  • Cardrooms

These indoor closures will be in effect until July 27 and re-evaluated then. These business sectors vs. other indoor operations were targeted because people are gathering in groups for longer periods of time, and community outbreaks have been specifically traced to these types of indoor spaces.

These activities are still closed and the state has not provided guidance. They include:

  • Wineries / Breweries / Bars
  • Indoor playgrounds, such as ball pits and laser tag
  • Saunas and steam rooms
  • Live theater
  • Nightclubs
  • Concerts
  • Festivals
  • Theme parks
  • Live audience sports
  • Colleges and universities

Payment Schedule Amendment

Final payment is not due until 30 days prior to your stay (instead of the normal 60 days). We know that you ultimately want to be at the beach but are unsure about what the future holds in store. With so many changes happening day-to-day right now we felt that giving you extra time allows you to make the most informed decision for your group based on the current restriction level. This policy is in effect for those that have a check-in June – until Labor Day 2020 (September 7th).

Cancelation Policy Amendment – Last updated July 13, 2020
