The dining area comfortably seats 6 and there are also 2 additional spots at the bar for quick bites.

LIVING AREAS
The living area is tastefully furnished with plenty of comfortable seating arrangements for 6. Relax in the large sectional couch with oversized cushions and a chaise lounge. Unwind by watching your favorite shows on the large flat screen smart TV. Cable TV, HBO, and Showtime are also provided free of charge. For the occasional cool winter day, or to create an ambiance, there is a fireplace that is fully functional for your enjoyment.

F312 is set up to sleep 6 guests with a Cali king bed in the master bedroom and a queen and twin bed in the 2nd bedroom. This way, no matter your group configuration, there's a setup that works for everyone.
