THE VIEW
A221 faces North over Breakwater way and has a sensational ocean view to the west from your balcony and it is mere minutes to get down to the beach.

KITCHEN AND DINING
The kitchen has been updated with custom cabinets and stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with all the basic cooking utensils you need to prepare your culinary masterpieces while on your beach vacation. 

The dining table seats 4 as well as there is additional seating for 4 at the bar for quick bites.
 The ocean view balcony also includes a Bar Style Bistro set for 4, so you can relax and take in the ocean views while you sip your morning coffee or eat any delicious meals you’ve prepared.  

LIVING AREAS
In the living room, you'll find plenty of seating for the whole family on the comfortable sofa sleeper couch (full-size) and two oversized seating chairs. The large flat-screen TV is mounted on the wall and includes cable with extended channels such as HBO and Showtime free for your viewing enjoyment. For the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance - there is a gas fireplace that is fully functional for your enjoyment. 

The Ensuite master bathroom has a walk-in shower with a separate vanity area.

SLEEPING
A221  is set up to sleep 4 guests. The master bedroom features two comfortable Queen beds and a flat-screen TV with cable provided for our guests.  For additional sleeping arrangements, there is also a full-sized sofa sleeper in the living room. This way, no matter your group configuration, there's a setup that works for everyone.

-This unit comes with 1 assigned parking space in the garage underneath the building.
-Hi-speed wireless internet provided free of charge.
-A221 is also fully equipped with all the needed beach equipment to have a truly magical beach vacation including surfboards (2), boogie boards (2),  beach towels (4), sand toys, beach umbrella (1), and beach chairs. (2). 

LOCAL AREA
A221 is located at North Coast Village, an oceanfront complex between the Oceanside Pier and the Harbor, built directly on the sand and just steps to the beach. Enjoy the lush tropical gardens with beautiful waterfalls, streams, koi ponds, and hidden alcoves. You'll have access to amenities such as a lagoon-style year-round heated pool and hot tub, commercial-sized barbeque area, putting green, fitness center, sauna, reserved garage parking, as well as laundry facilities, and 24-hr security to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. North Coast Village is truly a one-stop location for an unforgettable vacation.

A221 is located in the quieter "A" building which is a smaller section of North Coast Village across the street from the main building. It has its own pool, hot tub, commercial BBQ grills (which are cleaned daily), laundry facility, and ping pong table. You also will have access to the main area amenities with your gate key.

If that's not enough, you can head down to the harbor or the pier and enjoy such activities as fine dining, jet ski, kayak, bike, and surfboard rentals, sailboat excursions, and deep-sea fishing. North Coast Village is so centrically located you can walk to everything near the beach and your car can stay in its secure, underground parking spot- no hassling for beach parking!
